We are swaping a B17A into a 89 HF...(slowpoke knows this white CRX)...we got the ZC pulled, and got the B17 in the motor bay...for some reason, we cant get it bolted up. when we get two of the mounts bolted, the third is around two inches off. We tried bolting the Tranny mount first, then the motor, and the rear was too close to the firewall. Then we tried the rear mount, then the motor, and the tranny lines up funny. Someone please help.

Oh, and by the way, I know the question will get asked: HASport mounts and we have tried dle sol VTEC rear bracket and DA GSR rear bracket.

Any ideas would be ****! TIA

 

Did you try the 90-91 teg rear bracket. Ryan

 

ummm 90-91 is the DA, so yes, we tried that bracket...we also tried the Del Sol VTEC bracket...amazingly, these are EXACTALLY the same bracket.

 

Long shot but is your rear engine mount in the correct place ? There are 4 holes like this : : , the engine mount can mount to either set, so make sure you have that in the right place.
