Well this is wierd to me? 2 out of 4 of my cars have done this so far.. if i let ou t the clutch a little on the light side.. the clutch makes a chattering sound and bounces up and down.. even shakes my whole radio /consol area?? I know this happened to my integra but i thought it was just because i had a 6 puck clutch setup?? I don't know what clutch this guy had in it?? anyone h ave ideas??

 

Funny to hear, I just replcaed mine this weekend for the SAME EXACT problem, and it fixed it. What can cause it.. Two things really, really bad worn clutch disk, mine was like 3 months old, but the springs and the disk were all warped, and the spring were loose as hell, and the other cause is oil ont he flywheel.

I replaced the clutch and it works great now.

 

glazed flywheel, clutch, or pressure plate. which is why everyone should resurface them when u replace the clutch.
