HELP! My dad wants to buy a Mustang Bullit!
He said it should be collector's item. I told him to pickup a used Type-R, that's should fullfill his trust for speed, late-life crisis. Well, he has been driving the van and jeep until we graduated from college, I can't blame him to want a performance car now. Has anynow have any experience with Ford car in general? He said the price should be in 27k before tax. What do you guys think?
my dad has a 1995 cobra. Its such a fun car to drive every once in a while. The best part about them is the sound of the exhaust. The new GT's run good. I say go for it.
They are nice. I would get one. My friends got a 94 Cobra, and its only got 32k. He has had to replace the water pump, clutch, and some other stuff. When they are running they are great cars! Really fast!
There's nothing wrong with getting a Ford... whatever floats his boat, you should just let him do it as that's what his dream car seems to be.
Aren't the new Cobras comming out soon? I wouldn't mind picking up one of those babies
Oh well though, guess I was just never meant to drive a car with torque.

our family muscle car is a 2000 Mustang GT convertible with 5-speed and V8. The Bullits have only 5hp over the GT, but a much more linear torque curve and vastly improved handling. Sounds like a good buy to me.
