Default headlights...

You guys know of any alarm or something that shuts off the headlights automatically, i keep on leaving my lights on on my del sol when in a rush or something, i dont know why my del sol wont beep when i leave them on....

I think he is looking for a beep or some indication that his lights are on. You can buy small buzzers from autoparts stores that will do this. I did this to my mustang years ago. I hooked the buzzer up to the fuse for the headlights, and found a place that grounded when the car was off. I think the radio power line may work.

I've been looking into getting my headlights, hi/lo, and Fog lights to shut off when I turn the car off... I've left them on too many times. I figure a setup where the headlights are ony capable of being on when the car has accessory power or better is the best setup.

Haven't done it yet but would love to see what other people have done.

Its a '93 Del Sol, no it doesnt make any kind of sound to remind me that i'm leaving the lights on, I don't know if it's supposed to sound a beeping noise or not, i don't know if '93 del sol's came with that, but i have left the lights on for hours, the battery hasn't ran out...thanks god..

You can wire in a relay that will only let the lights on when the ignition/key is turned on. Cheap also
