Default comptech rear sway on stock?

Will a comptech rear sway bar combo rip my sub frame beacuse my suspension is stock on a 98 civic ex? No drop or anything. I just want to decrease the body roll without lower the car. also will i get oversteer cause my front sway bar is only 22m?

From my understanding the Comptech sway bar compliments the stock front swaybar. As for ripping out the subframe, ???. I guess that depends on how you drive, purchase the combo tie bar as well for peace of mind. My own mechanic says change your sway bars before the rest of your suspension. I personally have the sway/tie bar combo and love it. Feels like a new car.
