What are the difference in these Autometer tachs??
I want to buy an Autometer tach for my drag car, but I'm not sure what the difference between these two tachs is. The first one is just a basic tach.
This one has memory.
My question is, what is the memory for? The highest rpm reached, or what you have your shift point set at?
Please don't flame me too bad, I just don't understand. Thanks.

Doesn't autometer offer a tach that has total memory of the entire run? Because I know the one they're talking about here has the highest rev memory, but I could of sworn they offer one that offers memory of the entire run.
They make ones where you can download the data to a mini printer or your computer. Considering your race car has a efi system it shouldnt really matter. Just get a good tach and autometer would be my top choice along with there led shift light upgrade sometimes i cant see the regular bulb go off.my 2 pennies-pdang
