Default should i replace my seals when i put my engine together?

i'm building a my new enigne (toyota honda hybrid d16) and just want to know if i should replace all the seals gaskets (like the oil pan gasket) when i put it back together? and where is a good place to buy them? from the dealership?

Preventive maintenance is expensive but will save you a heap load of time and money later down the road. Leave them alone and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I recommend using all OEM Parts for seals or gaskets.
