Default ordering pro kits soon.. should i order them for a integra or a civic??

i have noticed that between the both they have different spring rates. Would I benefit any if I ordered them for an integra as oppose to a civic?? Would the stiffer spring rates for an integra = slightly smoother ride?? thanks

If you don't have a swap I would get the ones for the civic otherwise your front end will be higher than the rear due to your engine weighing less than a b-series. Im getting a swap so I bought springs for an integra and am waiting until my engine is in to install them.
