'89 Si axels won't fit into my 88 DX hubs.
I need a little bit of a hand guys. I did a search and everyone says the same thing. They all say that DX and Si axels are interchangeable no problem.
I am trying to install the axels now and they fit into the tranny fine, but won't fit into the hub. Are the '88 DX hubs a different sixe than the '89-91? If so should I swap hubs(I can get a set off of my friend) or just roll with '88 DX axels? If I get reman 88 DX axels will the splines on the tranny side work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
