Default obd0 gsr?

i am considering a poor mans itr in my 91 teg. i recently put a b16 in but it has a rod knock right now. so know i have been researching the "poor mans ITR". i am currently obd0 pr3. does the gsr block(b18c) have any sensors that are placed differently or has a sensor that b16 doesnt have and vice versa?
