i have HEARD that the exhaust that bolts to coupes also bolts right up to the four doors....

i too have a four door civic but have not tried this.......

 

I bolted up the DC Sports "Catback" up to my EX coupe from an EX sedan. 1992-'98 exhausts are the same (I called DC Sports, too). No problems.

Now, the DX/LX has a different downpipe (at least the 1996-00 models) than EX models. The cat on the DX is integrated into the exhaust manifold. DX-EX no workie. EX to DX - you'll need a pipe from the exhaust manifold (cat) to connect to the EX exhaust.
