93 H22A Auto into 96 Accord??
well i just noticed that you have a 96, so you will need to source an obdII engine and ecu. This ecu will have the tcm built in, like your accord one does now. OR you can convert to obdI fairly easily and use the obdI set-up. I am not even sure if a JDM OBDII auto H22 even exists.
i have this exact swap.
96 accord EX
93 h22a w/ lsd
you need an OBDII-OBDI conversion harness...
use accord mounts, except for the driver's side prelude mount.
you need to run a couple wires... cant remember exactly which ones but vtec solenoid and such... check http://www.h22a.org for more info.
if your keeping the car auto, then you need the auto ecu, if your going to manual you need the manual ecu and manual tranny of course

So the OBDII-OBDI conversion harness will work for a Auto?

lol, its going to get more complicated then that: the obd1 harness is really really weird:
But it can be done, and only one person/place i know of will do it:
email me: i have a direct contact with them

Looks like its been pretty well covered but: you're gunna have to either goto OBDI or convert the engine to OBDII. You'll be missing some small items like a CKF sensor etc. When I used to do swaps I'd generally TRY to keep obdI engines with odbI cars etc... more for possible smog inspection situations than anything. Otherwise its a straight forward swap.
Be wary of a lot of those OBDII -> I conversion harnesses. Many of the ones I've used use shoddy connectors and are missing KEY **** like RPM output, EGR and other really annoying things... lucky for me I have a mad stash of pushpins y0

no we dont use them anymore: we had major issues with them after that:
and its a lot more complecated: With yours it was simple obd2-1:
this will be from a one ecu system to rewirign the tranny and ecu to use two sperate systems; The tranny will have to be rewired to read a TCU/TCM and the car to run off a ECU: Your looking at almost twice teh conversion:
the guy spent 4 hrs at honda trying to figure out, how to figure out the obd2 tranny to rewire it to run all by itself!
No one will do a auto to auto, that i know of cause of this hassle: I asked around for six months: before i got him to finally go and do it for me

still wont help making it obd2: cause there is NO USDM Honda Auto H22 Vtec ecu:
and you really cant use a 97+ cause they contain the immoblizer as well came with the sport shift option: not a true automatic:
you can get a obd2 jdm ecu: If you happen to have a few months to search: ive called every jdm seller on this site and several others, NO ONE was able to locate an auto jdm ecu for me:
Even accord94dx, Brian, was over in JDM land for several months: he only saw 3 ludes the whole time: None in junkyards and none anywhere else,
believe me, get this special harness or go five speed: only two options:

Or you can have patience like me and do the wiring yourself.
