i know that IB (Import Builders) makes built blocks for DOHC but what about SOHC blocks? anyone know a place where they sell built D series blocks?

EDIT: i am thinking of buying the b18b block from IB for 2400 shipped. can i just buy a b16 head from somewhere and replace the valvetrain and then my engine can take high reving and FI?
