Length of ITR CAT?

I'm ordering a highflow cat online, and they want to know the length I need.
1. Whats the length of the stock cat
2. How do you measure the length? I'm assuming from flange to flange?

flange to flange = 450mm

That is the measurment i gave when i got my testpipe.
