it all depends on how much money you have to play with. Bring it to a certified acura tech and have them take a look at it. but if you have the extra money, why not just go for a new motor ?? And yes the new gs-r motor will just drop in, as long as it is from a 94 or 95.
I'd advise you to replace your caps lock keys first.
Then I would advise you to open up the engine and see what was damaged. I don't know what your budget is, but if the engine was damaged just a little, I would either replace everything with OEM parts or mix match between OEM and aftermarket performance parts. If the engine is completely destroyed, then you have no option other than to purchase a new/used engine. This really all depends on how much money you have.

First things first, pull the spark plugs out and crank the engine to get the water out of the cylinders, then put the plugs back in and see if it will start and idle.

take out the sparkplugs and blow dry it.. take out the oil and oil filter also.. drop the pan if you can.. pour oil in but let it drain rite back out ... then put another set of oil and see if it will start up .. get new plugs also

you can drop in an engine that is newer than your car (I guess from 92+?), at least here in CA that is.
well i did take the spark plugs out and cranked it up and water was in every single one
now it idles but its really noisy and it sounds like the cars running on no oil and the valves are cranking and grinding<<<<<<<<<<&l t;BUT how can that be when i changed the oil( about 3 times , let it run thru and drained out) and the oil filter
and its still fucked up
is it more to rebuild and engine or is it not worth it and i should swap again?
peace out

You have bent valves. Hopefully you didn't bend any of the piston rods. You will at least need to pull the head off, if you don't pull the whole motor off.
And you can use a newer engine in your car, all you have to do is change the distributor (use the distributor off your current engine) and also change the injector plugs so they will fit the newer engine.
