Default What springs should I use????

I currently have a set of Neuspeed race springs in my 92 Hatch along with the SPC upperball joint kit and tokico Illumina shocks. I hate how these springs are so so so low. I mean, it looks cool and all but there is no room for travel of the upper fork. What springs would you recommend going with?

then quit bitchin' about a spring there is nothing wrong with... i am just saying, sacrifices come with alteration/modification. If you don't like it, go back to stock.. or the sport springs, those might do okay for you. Today it's all about coilovers anyway. anybody here who knows anything about suspension with a real suggestion is going to point you that way anyhow.

Progress... pricey but worth the money for a good drop, great appearance ( as if it matters), and great handling.

Default Re: Springs or Coilovers ???

What is your guys' opinion on Suspension Techniques springs. I know they used to be shitty a long time ago. Does anyone know if they are good now. The reason why I ask is because I can get them cheaper.

Also, with regard to the Progress Springs. What makes you feel that they are so much better than the rest? If I decide to go with Progress, should I get just a Lowering Spring or should I get a coilover? I already have Tokico Illumina shocks so I would not want to step up to the Progress Shock/Coilover setup...too much $$$$.

I just installed the on my coupe, they replaced my old cheap coilovers. The ride improved alot and it handles much better also.

I have Ground Control Coils with KYB AGX adjustable shocks and I love them. Nice ride and height.
