Default need info i~vtec swap

could nyone tell me the disadvantagtes and advatagees of havig a type S k20A engine swapped into a 1999-2000 civic EX? would i be able to use the aftermarket Hondata Ecu for the ivtec engine and illit not conflict with any other part in the EX boyor somewhat ?

It's been done. Will cost around 10K. I think Pacman sells a mount kit for it. Look him up.

I did this swap 6 months ago, I topped out at 192mph, but just as I shifted into 7th gear, my engine and tranny blew simultaneously.

He CAN'T to do 140 in reverse....
But he can do 140 going backwards

not true-it's been done-check pacman and i believe area 51 put one into an eg but the word is they are out of business-try hasport too, it doesn't hurt-good luck

it has been done, research the back issues of Honda Tuning, they did it...the only prob i think was the hood.. i forget what.. but i know its been done before

You have to cut a piece out of the skin of the underside of the hood for the power steering pump.
