aftermarket fuel rails and fpr's

if i have an str fuel rail and aftermarket fpr will i fail visual? (in california) or does it not matter? thnx

your prolly gonna fail.... but hey, the shop i took my car too was(the guy) playing around with my sensor that was left hanging in the engine bay...
