The instructions that come with the LED scanner will tell you exactly how to install it. Quite a few reasons why your other thread was locked. One reason is because your question has nothing to do with an Accord. Try the Appearance/Cosmetic section. They won't be too happy with your question either.

If you are going to get one, you better have a top of the line security system to back it up.

lame, no alarm system is going to stop a thief from ******* with your car. you can do a switch on your fuel pump, that will stop them from stealing the whole car, but it wont stop them from ******* **** up. about the best security is leaving a 120lb rabid rotweiler in there.

well....he said it's to suffice until he buys a real alarm system..we're just pointing out the fact that he is only bringing unwanted attention to his car cuz the thieves are gonna know it's fake and it will give them the impression he has something worthy of protecting. so basically...waste of money man, spend the $15 on some cheeseburgers.

and as far as your question goes..if there's 2 ground wires there's no need to explain what to do with those...and you can splice any 12v (i'd assume 12v) "always on" wire to power it...then hookup a switch to it if you dont want to be nightrider 24/7

in the future i wouldn't recommend honda-tech for these kinda questions.
