B18b cams in B18a... worth 30 bucks????

you will not see that much of a power gain.
dont forget that the head on the b18b has a better flow than that of a b18a
so save your $30..

for $30, go for it 
Also, the "P75" stamped B20Z cams are the same as B18B, but the intake cam has a few deg more duration. Those are easy to pick up from B20/Vtec guys since the head usually goes in the trash.

I would go with them over the B18A stockers, but its a real pain to change the cams...the $30 isnt the problem, its the install time or money(to pay to get it done).
