Default Which Exhaust to get?

I am getting A 97 prelude (Not SH) and was planning on putting an exhaust on the same week. I was planning on putting a AEM Cold air intake and a DC Sports header and DC Cat Back but I've been hearing that people don't like DC that much. I've heard a lot of talk about the Freddy headers and Cat Back (Evo) Systems. Does anyone know If the Greddy Headers and Cat Back systems are Carb exempt and 50 state legal? I'm looking to go all motor but keep everything passing smog. I am also looking to get good HP and a good deep sound without being heard from 2 blocks away?
Which systems would you guys recomend for me, The Full DC, or Full Greddy system?
Aby Info will be great thanx.

In general DC products are poor in the quality department but excellent in the quantity dept.
I'm a Mugen ***** so off the bat I recommend that for exhaust however, Apexi N1 or Apexi World Sport are both excellent choices.
Again I have a mugen header, which is one of the two choices for a header for the 5th gen. The other choice is SMSP, still is development but is really close to full production. The SMSP header is a great choice for race applications.

aem intake is perfect. i would not go header yet until u can save money for the smsp. header which is the only 1 worth it.. and exhaust get either a greddy evo or greddy sp. deep basss sound not too ricey. ull be happy.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Remy SH &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> I am also looking to get good HP and a good deep sound without being heard from 2 blocks away? .</TD></TR></TABLE>

from that sentence i suggest you get mugen, exhaust & header.

stay away from DC sports.

Thanks for the help guys, Does anyone know if the Mugen or SMSP headers are carb exempt and 50 state legal? I want to keep the car passing smog and does anyone know a website where I can find The SMSP & Mugen Header?

Mugen and SMSP are the only headers that actually give gains. Exhaust? I would say run the Mugen or Apexi WS, or if you want to save money go custom with 2.5 stainless with mandrel bends and a hi flo cat. That might be the better buy plus a magnaflow muffler...they have ones that look like stock for hte sleeper look

Greddy Evo
Greddy header gains on a 5th gen? I've heard there is a small gain but not as much as mugen or SMSP, but also cost around $300-$400 compared to over $1000.
