Long, Long ago you may remember a racer by the name of Ed Bergenholtz, now some of you may not so here is a little History: Ed Bergenholtz drove his STR Powered CRX to a World Record Breaking 9 second pass setting a new standard for Sport Compact Racing. This pass set the Team to be the first Unibody FWD to hit the Nine Second barrier.
Now the Ericks Racing/STR Civic driven by Erick Aguilar blasted an incredible 9.991 pass in the Pro Stock class and a legendary record and raised the bar for Sport Compact Racing , Erick himself and STR. This pass also to be the First FWD ALL MOTOR HONDA to surpass single digits!!
We are glad we have hadance to be such a crucial part of history twice. We have always tried to spread our knowledge and ideas to the track. We are in constant devolpment to bring new products to the stage.
STR thanks all of you for efforts as racers to keep this industry going and our business booming. Look for some new products to be released soon by STR.
The new team has been doing a great job!! We are very excited to see what this season brings us. The NDRA is a great sanctioning body and all the racers there are a great bunch of guys.
This past weekend was record breaking fever for the whole team. Cloyse Holland ran a personal best of 10.52. Mike Laskey set a new personal best mile an hour record running a 157 mph and Steven thompson nailed a 8.6 pass shattering his previous record.
Please come by and check us out if you are at any of the NDRA events. We will be re-releasing the Team Poster at the Bristol, Tenn. Event as well as some T-Shirts.
Also check out the new Golf Cart wars as Team World Racing compete against the renowned Team STR and try to grab the title.

Thanks to all we have really tried to bring you the best. The products are coming along great and the best thing is the demand for our stuff. We assembled the race program to bring us back into the scene and are really just trying to take care of our guys and offer track support to any racer who needs it out there.
I remember that manifold....Very Nice!!
As for the little CRX that is tryin......welll that is just a stock motor that runs our complete line of products on it. They give a hell of an effort, and they are trying to get it together but it is a test to see how much faster a stock motor can get with just are equipment on it. It's best time is a 10.2 not bad for just adding on some bolt ons.

Scott, I heard about the 9 sec all motor pass like an hour after it happened. It was like some guy in the bathroom at the event called his friend, who called his mechanic who called my friend who told me.
Good stuff! It was cool to meet you and the team. Next time you come down maybe I'll have A/C in the beater!

i wasn't implying anything about my age or history with imports. i just thought he would get a kick out of the picture(and he did)........you see, that manifold was the only one ever made like that by STR(from what i was told), for john brown's castrol car about 3+ years ago. i bought it from him.
get your car ready cause my wrx is almost finished and i'm giving you 5 cars on street tires.

**** my car was ready! i had it on the road for about three days then i blew two head gaskets in a row. i figured cometic sucks but it cant suck that bad. so i took a straight edge to the block and found out i had a sunk sleeve!
so now depending on what performance machine says i might have to get a fresh bottom end. but if not my car will be at the track for the quick eight comp. at mir in the 4th and we can race then or after. but this time i wont have any excuses for you! impatinetly waiting for the opportunity!
... and i was just joking... i already knew you were old!
i saw your daughter at the track though. shes beautiful man! comgrats!

Haha...after 2 days on no sleep (which you know I love my sleep) I think even greese would have started to taste good. But Cereal is the true choice of champions.
