Default compression gains for flat faced valves

i was just curious to know if any one knows how much compression you gain from running flat faced valves.

you gain probably around .04 compression. unfortunatly i believe flat valves are a litttle bit heavier...

the valves are so small u dont gain much comp., but u gain better flow on the exhast side . flat face exh. valves smooth the air better .
