how do you get egg off a car???
yo whats up, some time this week, some kids i guss thought it was kool to egg my stang, and it seemed to splatter all the way over to my hatch, luckaly my mustang was dirty, so the egg had no effect on it, but my hatch was clean and it seems no matter what i do i just cant seem to get it off my civic, it like formed into a white crust that wont come off any suggestions?? thanks
first off you find out who the little ***** were and **** on their heads, then you make them figure out a way to clean the ****...
actually in reality though, have you tried a polishing comound? (Turtlewax makes some in a small greaan and white container...like 2 bucks at wal-mart)
If that doesnt work, umm....really really really fine sand paper? Ive never tried it, so dont try it until someone comfirms it. And then either buff it out and/or use the polishing compound? IM pulling this method out of my ***...so dont try it until its confirmed.

un fortunatly the egg got on the roof, and i woke up late so i notticed it at like 1:00pm so it seemed as tho it is cooked on it
i wish i knew who did it

i have never dealt with eggs and such but i recently searched how to take off water spots and you use distilled vinegar on water spots...but after you use the vinegar, u have to wax your car right aways...vinegar eats away the wax...
u can try that...
but i wouldnt sand ur car though...thats just my opinion..

obviously you dont use rubbing compound everytime you wash your car. I did it because my car was dull, then I WAXED it. I will probably do it again in the future when it gets dull. (these are my last efforts before splurging for a new paintjob) I guess if you did overuse it (like everytime you washed your car, which would be pretty stupid to do) then it would definately fade. But as stated above, just try the compound then wax the ****.
