Anybody know if 1990-1991 Honda CRX Si seats will bolt on directly to a 1989 hb? Please help, before i buy!

 

they should its the same chasis

 

just want to make sure...i heard the chassis was shorter! does anybody know for sure?

 

there are differences, like the rails wont line up right, there is some custom fab that you have to do to make them fit

 

like Matt said there are differences.
It's real hard -at times-to find good CRX seats.So we(CRX owners) try to put seats from other Hondas in.Yes you run into problems when it comes with the rails and such.

 

ive got 90crx si seats in my 90 hb it wasnt too hard to do i had to get some washers to make them sit level. two of the four bolts will go in if you adjust the seat right,the third has to be bent down and the last one has to be bored out a little and bent down,all in all it took me maybe an hour per seat.
