if i am going to put some new cams in my motor what are all the things that are recommended to be changed out while i already have them out

I think he means that he is installing some new cam gears, and needs to know if he should install anything else while he is at it. Don't see why that's a reasonable question. Nothing else needs to be installed when installing cam gears.

 

maybe cam gears would helps since is out:

valves, retainers , springs are all good to do also
