Great tires. Pretty pricey, but they are definitely nice tires. If you can get a good deal on them, you cant go wrong.

I agree. They use them in a certain SCCA class I believe in shaved form. Great tire.

They're not. Throw them in the same category as NT450's.

Theyre great tires. Ive got them on my gsr. Superb grip in wet and dry. Tread life is somewhat short, but should be expected of such a soft tire.

these tires came with a 16" wheel package i picked up two years ago. Tread live is good, road noise is at a minimum, and grip is good. They cost a bit more than the other brands but i think they're worth it.

also try the toyo proxes RA-1. these are the... i would say.... more track-oriented version of the T1-S. my RA-1 cost 136$ a tire, i have found the T1-S for as cheap as 119$

I wouldn't recommend running a track tire on a daily driven street car. Unless you really like buying tires.

I got them only because they were part of my rim/tire package. Now I'll never run anything else again -- they grip well in both wet and dry, decent tread life, i've trashed my car on more than many occasions and there's still plenty left, I get positive comments from everyone who's driven the car.

Definitely an excellent tire.

They had a AWSOME sale on 195/55/15 for like 50 bux on the T1-S a while back. It's a great tire. Wears like butta in a hot skillet, but awesome tire none the less.
