If someone has an electronic version of the Helms manual for my H23, I'd really appreciate it if you'd send it to me. It'd make things much easier, since there's no way I can get ahold of a Helms before I have to rebuild my motor.

Otherwise, I am needing a few torque specs for my H23 I'm about to rebuild, after hydrolocking it and bending a rod. I need the torque specs for:
- Head Bolts
- Oil Pan
- Rod Bolts
- Main Caps

That's all I can think about off the top of my head, I'm replacing the pistons, rings, rods, and bearings. I also need to know how to hone the cylinders, since I'm gonna do a quick hone job to let the rings seat good.
