Default toe adjustment part 2

well i posted a couple of days ago about my delima. I went to get an alignment, and the shop said they could set the toe on my passenger side rear tire. After reading comments from my last post. i decided to cut a very small inspection whole directly below where the nut would be. (it is inside the subframe, so you cant see it from the out side.

Things i know;
1. the bolt is siezed in the sleeve of the compensator arm bushing
2. the toe adj. itself slide from left to right easily.
3. nothign is broken "yet"

so i think that since the bolt siezed in teh sleeve it is preventing the blot from being able to be tightened up. If i get a new bushing (which i have from a previous suspension mishap with my late del sol ) and a new bolt (junk yard) will this solve my problem?

things i dont know.
1. I was going to weld the threaded plate that moved left to right to adjust the toe so i could tighten it but that doesnt seem to be the problem. Does anyoen know if this plate on the inside of the frame is a square piece in the channel so it couldn't spin itself? (i would hope honda did this)

I am going to the junk yard to try and savenge some compensator arms and bolts.

anythoughts on this would be great i am sorry this is so long, but i thought the more info the better. I can clarify anythign that is confusing. thanks guys.

A new bushing (and hardware) should solve the core problem. No idea on the other questions.

One of mine was siezed in the bushing like yours and I had to cut the bolt off to take it apart. The stub left in the "nut" spun right out, no problem. Then new bushing and bolt, plus never sieze, and no problems since. Yes the nut is captured so it cannot spin. On mine it was really hard to turn due to the steel part of the bushing trying to turn inside the rubber bushing. I ended cutting the inner steel part of the bushing along with the bolt.
