My dash blinker was blinkin all crazy when I turned it on, so I asked a buddy of mine, and he said that they were dead, low and behold.
Anyway, What size bulb and can it be changed without taking the bumper off to remove the whole headlight assembly?

the headlight part number is 3496 ,...you need to take away some of the fender lining which is held on by tabs to get to that light,...a couple tabs and then stick your head in there and you should be able to reach it

no,...1157 is the number for 99-00 civics,...he has a 97 and as i said before,..its 3496
