Timing Belt
the Helm says 105,000 miles. but i really advise you NOT to wait that long.
i had mine changed at 70k miles and since those bastards at the shop didn't put in a Honda belt, i'm going to change it again at 120K.

Make sure you buy the tensioner tool. Oh yeah, in order to get that tool you have to buy the tensioner too as well. I paid about 130-140 buck for the tensioner and tool. Honda doesn't sell just the tool alone. I made my money back from doing a whole bunch of my friends timing belts.
DAMN RIGHT its an Adventure!! I think im gonna get the tool and tenisior.. I would hate for mine to go out plus my motor has 133k hard miles on it.. Better safe then sorry..

OH cool thanks. I was told to do it at 64k. Yeah, I helped my dad change the timing belt on his accord awhile ago and we couldnt get the timing right, so we spent like 8 yrs. on that. We eventually figured it out though.
HAHAHA No, this is the second belt that on it.. When I put my cam gears in you have to pull the timming belt, and that is when I got the headache with the auto-tightener..
