After an in-depth analysis of your times I have deduced.......you have a slow car. I feel sorry for you and hope that, with time and saving, you can update to a quicker car. Good luck and godspeed....
On a serious note, what kind of feedback are you after?

After my analysis of your runs, I have come to the conclusion...........that your car...............is slow, very very slow. There you go, that is my analysis.
Not being a pr1ck but with times that slow it's hard to say how good a driver you are. Your reaction times suck if that means anything to you
Everyone has to start somewhere right? **** I started with a 19 second Corolla. You need to practice a bit. Granted your car doesn't produce that much power, your 60' foots were poor. Just practice regularly and have fun. Good luck on your next car.
Yeah, it's really hard to say when the runs are that slow. Your 2nd run is a lot faster than the 1st, so good on that; personally I think 83mph should be getting you high 16s in the 1/4 mile so you're doing alright for time
Your times aren't that consistent in either mph or ET and that to me means you need more practice.
