who makes good turbo exhaust manifold for the b series?

cast iron manifold or something in the 300 dollar range. does anyone know if the hks cast iron integra manifold fits a t3 flange? and would a t28 garrett turbo fit a t25 flange?

I'm a newbie to this fourm, I tried to search his name on the search thingy. what do I need to do to private message tinker? or if anyone else know a website or something with a good turbo manifold, please share.
