Default rods on h22a

I have a h22a guys and i was wondering if i change the rods on the stock motor to forged rods, would i need to resleeve my block if i stay with the stock pistons? I know i know, dont cut corners etc etc, but i dont have that much money and im only doing the rods because i hear they are the weak point in the motor.

with stock rods, your piston ringlands will be the first to go. With forged rods, your pison ringlands will still be teh first to go. But to answer your question, no you do not have to resleeve.
