16.82 90-LS
i went to the track tonight (new england dragway) and i ran a 16.82 which was my best time out of 4 runs. I have intake/headers/cat-back/clutch-flywheel/fuel regulator and some other things but i also ran with my 17" rims (Konig Rated-R's) my reaction time wasnt that bad for my first time racing (1.014) but i pulled a 16.82 which in my mind is awful for my car. I'm very disapointed. can anyone tell me if this is normal or what is wrong? I know for a fact that it could be that i could use a tune-up and one of my header pipes (dc-sports 4-2-1) is bent inward so its not releasing the amont of exhaust from the engine as it should be. Any advice or opions would help, thanks.

1st off.. reaction time has nothing to do with you ET.. u could sit there for 10minutes and your time will be the same as if you took off right as the green light came on.
2nd. your 60ft times are terrible. try launching at a lower rpm or getting better (stickier) tires. try letting some air out, let them down to 25psi or so. with some 15" rims with street tires u should be able to cut 2.2-2.3 60ft no problem. that right there will bring you down to high 15"s low 16's (around).
loose the 17's for the strip.. they hurt ur performance. a friend of mine with a bone stock 90 gs integra (b18a1) ran 16.2 his 1st time out. you can do it too!
