Well the top ones are for 94-97, bottom ones are for 98-01. Other than that I don't see the difference, but I don't like them anyway.

VHT tint spray will give you the same effect.

i personally don't like the black housing ones. here's mine, sprayed with some tint by b2finity, and i bought them from him.
