Default hesitation when redlining

i have a 92 lude with the f22b jdm swap and everytime i redline my car through first and second it hesitates really bad. I mean it sorta like pulls back and forth and i can kinda hear a noise comming out of my exhaust. Now it dosent happen all the time but it has been happening alot lately. Anyone with any ideas please let me know.

Thanks
Chris

i was thinking that since my new engine has 40 more horsepower than my stock engine that i might need a high performance fuel pump to compinsate. What do ya'll think?

40 more horses aint **** for a fuel pump. them high performance pumps are for 500+ horses. or FI applications. check your fuel lines, maybe they arr clogged or something. fuel filter, and air filter maybe needing changin too.
