This is gonna be in a D16Y8 block. I am using ZC pistons and rods. Z6 crank. So my question is are all those parts the right ones I need to order, and am I missing anything.
The reason I have both head gaskets listed is because I know the Y8 will raise compression a tad, but I am getting my head milled just a little, and I am gonna juice a 50 shot, and I was just wondering if I order the Y8 you think that will effect it any, or should it still run strong or stick to a Z6 gasket, since I am using a Z6 head. The head is being fully rebuilt, so thats why I dont have anything listed for that. LMK.

maybe a new timing belt tensioner to be on the safe side. maybe new water pump.and timing belt.

 

Timing belt and water pump, might as well change it now while youre tearing the motor apart.
