Default 11.098@132.19

I still need to work a few little things out but here is the break down of my run.

60' -1.844
330'-4.918
660'-7.298@106.68
1000-9.373
1/4-11.098@132.19

The car is a 93 SI (2640lbs w/driver) on 24.5x8x13 M&H's. I'm launching around 7000 and the car will bog about a car length out then build boost and smoke the tires and then spin them in 2nd also. I messed up 1 run and left low boost (11psi) and cut a 1.8x and ran a 11.5@115. I'll find that slip at home and post it also. I think the 60' was just slightly better but it wasn't spinning in 2nd on low boost so my 330' was better. I need soem help on getting my 60' down. I have traction bars, a shitty alignment, progress street coilovers. I plan on getting a 2 step and might get the progress rear drag coilovers. I really rather not get the rear drag since I still drive the car over 20k miles a year. Any suggestions. Btw high boost was 19psi.

what are u setting the tire pressure at? I think u will see a huge improvement w/ the 2step. Lots of guys are cutting low 1.7's w/ similar set up. nice mph for only 19psi dayumn.

I just got a 92cx that is just a bare shell with no suspension at all. I'm thinking about building a car around the power 4 rules.
My low boost breakdown is

60' 1.800
330-4.942
1/8-7.493@97.88
1000-9.711
11.590@118.63

wow, i did a couple runs at MIR last weekend with some what similar times. 95' Civic HB and I don't know the weight of the car but I do know it weighs like a pig with a heavy steel 6 point roll bar and other misc luxories.

1.3-1.4 BAR
1.765 60 ft
11.2 @ 127

I ran 24.5X8X13 Hoosier slicks on bogart.
Got no 2 step or gear based boost controller.

Nice times btw!!!!

I'll list some of the important items of my setup:

B18C1 motor stock bore stock sleeves.
Nuformz block guard
JE 9:1 slugs
Crower rods
" TOTAL SEAL RINGS" I mark this because it's a heated issue and I have had them in my car for over two years now and no problems. Would I use it again?? That depends on if the motor blows due to the rings or not in the future.

mildly Portnpolished head
crower/ferea valvetrain w/ stock cams.
Aeromotive external fuel pump.
720cc RC injectors
AEM EMS

Full-race mani
Precision SC61
Tial 46mm W/G
spearco intercooler ( large, forgot the size)
3 inch D/P
Thermal 3 inch

I have had this setup for almost one and a half years except I put the full-race mani and the SC61 recent months ago.
I had a mishap when I dyno the car three weeks ago, stock ignition just don't like to pass 16psi without a miss. It still got 400HP out of it at the time and I havn't dyno it again when I ran the car @19-20 pound, just briefly tuned it on the way to the track. With the MSD installed, the misfiring went away.

not currently... but its just 3/16 metal cable tieing the lower control arm to the shock tower... then you load the suspension a bit, (maybe an inch or two) and tighten them up...

when i weighted about 2450, i was cutting 1.70's consistently. lowest was a 1.66. i ran 25x8x13's. about 7psi in the drivers side, 6.5 in the passengers. launched about 8000 rpms, and slipped the clutch a little. get an alignment first!!! i had traction bars, skunk2 coilovers, koni yellows, and 900 lbs springs in the rear.

I would try getting that two step rev-limiter, and launching at whatever rpm you can see boost building on the rev-limiter, but launch on low boost, then in the middle of 2nd or beginning of third switch to high boost.

That would help get over that bog, because you would be launching on boost, and would also solve the spinning problem because it's on low boost, you obviosly get better 60fts and 330's on low boost...soo it only makes sense.

Are you hooking good off the line right now? If your spinnin on launch you might find it even harder to launch w/ boost.
I can't hook on my 22x8x15's and it's even worse on da 2 step.
Killer times, keep up the good work.
