i need you advice on some cams....
being i'm reading of some horror stories of aftermarket cams busting up.....
would a oem honda cam be a better choice for marginally power gains....
i'm have a b16a....
ctr cams and itr cams i've stories of vast improvements over stock....
8 to 10 whp gains....
how true this is i don't know thats why i typing this....
my current mods are 4-1 header.. cai... catback.... and skunk2 intake manifold... so
give me your feedback

Sure ITR/CTR cams can get 8-10whp over your b16a cams (with tuning). There are some really well made aftermarket cams that won't go "busting up" also; anything much bigger than ITR/CTR cams you will need to upgrade that valvetrain.

On a b16a you will need to upgrade some of the valvetrain components w/ either of these cams.
