hey i know this has been asked before but i forgot...whats the exact stock weight of my 90 CRX DX stock...and what would u estimate a B18C would add to that but also countered with it being fully stripped??>..

 

iv also heard that 92-95 civic hatches weight only a few pounds more...i always thought CRX were lighter just cuz they looked smaller than the 92-95 hatches...i was dissapointed to here they were almost the same weight cuz i wanted a light project car...

 

it should be on your door, like when you open it up look at where the latch is and it should say the weight and the color of your car.

No, the weight on the door jam is the gross vehical weight, or the maximum amount the car can weight when you put stuff in it.

 

so ummmm...if thats the gross weight does anyone know the actual weight...?

all u ahve to do is go to a truck station and pay 7.50 to weight your car
my crx with b18b and a few things missign in the abck and no ac is 2060lbs

 

One of the previous posts was right, the actual weight is 2103

 

Either that or wait until it's nighttime and then just drive onto the scales... that's what I always do .

I believe the B18 blocks weigh roughly 50 lbs more than the stock block.
