Default need GSR injector flow rate

did a search here and someone said ITRs are 240cc so what about GSR? (i assume there's a difference because someone here recently went GSR->ITR).
also, dunno about this RC engineering Fuel Injector calculator. < http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm >. targeting a modest 220 at the crank, it's telling me 377cc!?!? (entering 220, 4, 0.5, 0.8, 40). anyone know the stock "system pressure at fuel rail" in XX PSIG? i'm entering 40 - probably confusing this with fuel pressure...

anyway, just tell me which injector for 187whp - gsr, itr or bigger RC
(i read yesterday that "246cc is good for up to 200whp")

They're all 240cc's. GSR/LS/ITR
