y8 many on a 7y what has to be done

i have a extra y8 mani and head off of my old motor and a frind wants to put my y8 many on on his y7 dx and i would like to know aht has to be done to do this but it looks like the tps on the y8 has 2 pins and the y7 has 3 so like i said what do we have to do thanks

It is not the TPS it is the IACV. You can buy a 96+ ex (y8) automatic throttle body and it will have the 3 wire IACV that you need attached to it. Leave the 2 wire IACV on the back of the manifold to cover the holes, or take it off and block it off. The only other thing you might need is a 96-00 ex throttle cable, the Y7 cable is a bit long. I have the throttlebody that you need, let me know if you want it I don't think I need it anymore.
