I have a 3g lude with the 2.0 motor and I am looking to run about 300 whp. I am currently on the stock injectors with SAFC making about 230whp and it has a little detonation at full throttle. What size injectors would I need to make 300 and still idle fairly decent.

450 or 550 would be sufficient for you. Always go bigger on injectors becasue you can always turn them down, rather than overworking a smaller injectors.

For 300whp I would go to 550cc at least. 450cc would have to run a very high duty cycle to support 300whp, if it even can do that.
