Any trucking company will ship it. Cost will be around $60. Best thing to do is ask the buyer to pick it up at the terminal. Trucking companies will charge $50 or more for a "lift gate" charge if the final destination does not have a full blown loading dock.

Take the bar down to the terminal. They will weight it and put it on a pallet.

I have heard of other people shipping big stuff through greyhound for a lot cheaper than truck freight.

i had my bar shipped to my house through Pilot. Im sure it depends on region who autopower uses. My cost to my door was a little over 100.

Kirk shipped my via Old Dominion. The freight terminal was 10 minutes from my house. Cost $80 and four days from AL to NJ. Some shipping companies also charge a residential fee, so find a commercial address or ship to their terminal.

The good thing about a rollcage or rollbar is that a trucking company is going to have a hard time breaking one - so use whoever can give you the best price. We had a top of the line RECARO rally seat arrive from the US distributor with a forklift spear-hole right through the back. Claim was more than $950 in 1986 dollars...
