Need help ASAP with brakes... stuck ?
Ok i changed my pads and rotors on the back last night and i knew that the left rear never had worked right while i had the car.
But i thought it might have been the pads or something.
Well I put the new stuff on and go drive around but the left rear is i guess sticking.
After driving less than a mile the brake is almost smoking when i come to a stop.
I notices that the top bolt that holds the caliper on does not move in and out like the botton and it does not spin. (this is the bolt with the rubber boot on it. I think that this means i need a new part.
Am I right, I really dont have money to buy what i dont need.
Please help out.
Thanks,
Jeremy

you can try taking out the slide pin...the one that isn't moving...clean it up and grease it ...you will also need to bleed your brakes, as you probably boiled the fluid
