Help! My friend just bought a 1991 integra LX and the engine makes this weird noise around 5500+ RPM's. Sounds almost like a belt squealing. We have idea that it could be the belts or possibly the clutch slipping?The belts i don't know really because they did just get changed 8,000 miles ago and thats just wore in. no clue really. At times it doesnt do it either, like he could gas it half way and take it past there and it wont do it. But, if he really stomps its, it usually does it. Can someone help us with this problem. it'd be really good so we could acually hear this car sream like it's meant to be!! It has a very nice pure to it for being stock. It won't be soon enough.
