Default Brighter bulbs

Hey all. Jus wondering if anyone knows of brighter bulbs for the eg ? I would really hate to spend $400 on an HID kit for a baseball bat to go ramming into it and me with crushed feelings. I'm looking for a brighter, INEXPENSIVE, pretty long lasting, NON oncoming driver blinding bulb for the car. I've heard of super whites ( PIAA's i think ) and slyvania, and a bunch of other names but i don't know which to choose. Help needed..TIA

Go HID.. You will never go back. No matter what bulb you put into those housings the lighting is gonna suck *****. I resorted to Acura TL HIDs with the H4 Sheild. It's awesome. 500 times better lighting.. Only prob is there are no high beams. HIDs are worth the money, IMHO.

With the brightness of HIDs, do you see a need for high beams?

Well this is the thing, spending 400+ on some HID's might be the BEST way to go, but in my neighborhood, that wouldn't be the BEST idea. There are lil bastards running around these projects that'll break up your **** and you will never know. I would really hate to wake up one morning and see my lights broken with a rock or something still in it. I just was some inexpensive lights that are a lil brighter. $400 HID's vs $30 Brighter lights will make me a happy camper if it has to be replaced.

yo , pick up a pair of stock sylvania brand headlights. BUT, get the "xtra vision" ones (30% brighter), those work pretty good, 12.99 each, plus u kno they'll last, since its stock
