goto http://www.spw-usa.com and find a pivot speed meter, they are around 110 bux and will get rid of your limiter

The Field SFC VTEC controller does advertise a speed limit removal feature, although they also mention that it does not work on "some models". The Apex-i VAFC doesn't offer the feature at all, because it does not intercept the VSS signal like the SFC does. I've never used this feature personally, but I think the chances are good that it would work on your application.

On my 99 EX it cuts off at 122mph everytime, though one time it did seem like it topped out at 115 turns out my car is just to damn slow to go any faster up the slight incline. I did a 10 hour road trip and messed around with the top speed a lot and came up with 122mph.

yep..its true, the Fields SFC controller DOES disable the speed limiter when used in an 88-91 EF civic & DA integra. Not sure about OBD1 vehicles though.
