i'm considering installing this modified Veilside super low carbon GT wing. I removed the stock wing and stuck it down with tape just to check it out. THe thing is, i dont want the rice look, but i paid lots, modified it already,(i cut and welded tig welded the stands to be lower!!)and painted the end pieces. All my fellas at the shop think it looks hot, but i'm kinda torn, tell me what you guys think. THeres no question that its pure JDM, but i still think its riced out...

i like the taillights, and the ricer in my likes the wing but it's not something i would spend money on

 

well, the stock wing is cool, i've had it on ever since i owned the car, and i've got a full body body kit, and the car is rolling business card for my shop, and the look is clean, its a badass JDM piece, and overall i think it kinda flows.

 

since you've already paid for it.

however, your car appears to be clean/smooth without any wing.

but since you do use the car as a rolling business card you should add the wing. since it's not as high or as it seems as the other wings on the market the look is a bit more clean.

 

you should put some big stickers on there too...

i think it looks good. and i usually don't like thaf kind of thing. you did a good job on the customizing too. i like the painted end caps and the lowered mounts, and you sort of have to be a bit "showy" if it's your rolling business card. have to attract all types!!!

 

the lines of the end caps on the wing match the lines of your rear body kit nicely.Not a big fan of wings like that but in this case,it matches the current lines of your car.

actually it works with your car quite well and since you spent money on it. bit ricey but not too bad... better than those people with the 7 inch high, 54 inch wide wings

 

I would lower it more, and paint the legs.

I like it, sits at just the right height.

 

im afraid to say it but it look good on that car...maybe pray the silver brackets like black or something so they do'nt stand out the wing its self looks good becuz its not mega high

I killed mine when I got rid of the RSX. I really hope it never comes back. However, I did have to refrain myself from buying some F&F floor mats last night at AutoZone

 

i have to tell my little riceboy inside me to shut the **** up from time to time before he gets my *** in trouble

i'm not sure i could argue "but your Honor, my littel riceboy inside made me do it" in court

 

then ya didnt kill it.. just banned it for a while, but its coming back..
